Akkodis is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a Contract job with a client in Columbus, OH. This is a 100% onsite role. Ideally looking for applicants with strong Salesforce development experience, Java expertise, and knowledge of data migration processes.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $54/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Salesforce Developer job responsibilities include:

Develop, design, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and batch jobs.

Execute successful migration of cases from ServiceNow to Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, proper field mapping, and validation.

Lead end-to-end case migration and large-scale data migration, including designing data validation strategies.

Utilize data tools like Apex Data Loader and applications such as Workbench.

Develop reports and dashboards for business insights.

Prepare unit test cases, design documents, and requirement documentation.

Implement best practices such as bulkification, error handling, and governor limit optimization for scalable and efficient code. Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree.

6-8 years of experience in Salesforce development and technical design.

Strong proficiency in Java (mandatory) and experience with Kafka (preferred).

Hands-on experience with Salesforce tools and ORACLE SQL.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
