Job Summary

Juwon Electric is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Engineer with strong experience in solar panel systems and electrical works. The ideal candidate must have at least two (2) years of hands-on experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-oriented mindset.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in solar energy systems and electrical installations

• BSc in Computer Science, BEng in Engineering, or any related engineering discipline

• Strong knowledge of solar panel installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Solid understanding of electrical wiring, power systems, and safety standards

• High level of attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service orientation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, install, test, and maintain solar panel systems

• Carry out electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in compliance with safety standards

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and solar system faults

• Conduct site inspections and system assessments before installations

• Ensure all projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards

• Provide clear explanations and technical support to customers

• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, maintenance, and repairs

• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to complete projects efficiently

• Stay updated with new technologies and best practices in solar and electrical engineering
