We have an immediate opening for a Foreman in the Northern California area.
Duties and Responsibilities
Rigging and climbing towers to perform installations and maintenance tasks.
Conduct field service operations related to telecommunication equipment.
Utilize premium skills such as fiber splicing and high voltage work.
Operate bucket trucks for cabling and other tower-related activities.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all tasks.
Install antennas, coax, fiber optic cables, DC power, AC power at elevated heights.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Dedication to continued training and professional development.
Maintain equipment and vehicles in a clean and operational condition at all times.
Interact professionally with Customer Representatives.
Train, direct, and assist crew with completion of tasks.
Requirements
Valid Driver's License
Minimum of 4 years of experience working in the telecommunications industry.
1 year experience as a Foreman overseeing a tower crew preferred.
Ability to climb tall structures.
Climbing certifications preferred.
Must be flexible to work overtime, including weekends or evenings at times.
Must be flexible working out of town and staying out town.
