Epitaxy Operator

The Epitaxy Operator will work closely with the manufacturing and engineering teams to operate CVD equipment, wafer processing, and wafer characterization tools.

Responsibilities include preparing and loading semiconductor wafers; operating epitaxy equipment; checking system status; safety monitoring; and operating materials characterization equipment.

Qualifications desired but not required for this position are 3+ years of experience with semiconductor fabrication and/or material deposition processes, the ability to follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety requirements, the ability to work in a highly motivated team, excellent organizational skills, and excellent time management skills.
