Manage parts ordering, inventory, and vendor relationshipsWhat We’re Looking For

Previous experience in auto body shop management, assistant management, production management, or lead technician roles

Strong understanding of collision repair processes and production flow

Experience working with insurance companies and supplements

Comfortable leading a small team and pitching in when needed

Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment

Strong communication skills with customers, insurers, and staffWhy You’ll Like Working Here

Small company feel where your ideas and experience matter

Opportunity to help shape processes as the business grows

Less bureaucracy, more ownership

A leadership role with room to grow as the company expands
