Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Job Summary
Garg Consulting Services, Inc. (Garg) is seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to support construction engineering projects throughout Connecticut and the Northeast. This role is responsible for managing, tracking, and distributing project documentation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper version control.

Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain document control processes and procedures for construction projects.
Organize, manage, and distribute project documents including RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
Track document revisions, approvals, and distribution to ensure proper version control.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and project teams to ensure timely document flow.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems in accordance with company and project standards.
Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory, contractual, and internal requirements.
Support audits and project closeout documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
Minimum of three (3) years of document control experience, preferably in a construction or engineering environment
Proficiency with Bluebeam, Compass, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong understanding of construction documentation processes
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
