Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions focused on OpenAI services, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs). The role requires strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, model fine-tuning, and end-to-end AI product development, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in the In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) domain.
This is a fully onsite role in Irvine, CA, requiring presence in the office 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions using OpenAI services, NLP, and LLM technologies
Fine-tune pre-trained models to build custom AI-driven solutions
Design, build, and deploy Generative AI products from concept through production
Own end-to-end AI development, including dataset generation, training, evaluation, and deployment
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Python
Drive AI-powered automation for testing, including automated test case generation
Collaborate with engineering and business teams to integrate AI into workflows
Apply AI innovations to enhance solutions in the IFE (In-Flight Entertainment) domain
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in AI/ML development
Strong expertise in OpenAI services, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience fine-tuning pre-trained AI models
Proven experience designing and deploying Generative AI solutions
Strong programming skills in Python
Hands-on experience building RAG-based AI pipelines
Experience using AI for test automation and test optimization
Required experience in the IFE (In-Flight Entertainment) domain
Ability to work onsite full-time in Irvine, CA

Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments
Exposure to MLOps, cloud AI platforms, and scalable model deployment
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
