About the Role:

The Client Support Intern provides reactive support to customers via a range of channels. Overall, the role is critical for ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and ultimately, the success of the company's products and services in the market.

You Will:

Assists team members in handling client inquiries, requests, and complaints via various channels.

Learns to provide timely and helpful responses to client queries, contributing to a positive customer experience.

Assists with data analysis and shadows team members while correcting data issues in our database or in-house software solutions.

Supports the guiding of new clients through the onboarding process and observes training sessions on how to use the company's products and services effectively.

Assists in providing technical assistance to clients, focusing on troubleshooting basic (technical) problems and diagnosing straightforward issues.

Learns the process of investigating and resolving client issues or concerns in a timely manner, and assists in documenting and escalating more complex issues.

Develops a basic understanding of the Eco-movement technical and data platform landscape.

Follows standardized work routines, practices, procedures, and general work instructions.

Raises impediments as they arise.

Contributes to basic task breakdown planning, dependencies, and time estimates.

Ensures adherence to best practice standards.

Is able to share and present own learnings and work.

Assists in providing documentation on technical and product know-how.
