Document Controller - Hydropower Project - Laos
Job Responsibilities
Manage documentation: Oversee the creation, revision, and distribution of all project-related documents, including engineering drawings, technical specifications, contracts, and reports.
Maintain document control system: Establish and operate a system for receiving, logging, tracking, and distributing documents to ensure everyone works with the latest versions.
Ensure compliance: Verify that all documentation complies with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory mandates.
Control revisions: Track document changes and ensure proper version control to prevent errors and conflicts between different project versions.
Archive records: Manage the archiving of all project documents and records for future reference, including the disposal of obsolete versions.
Facilitate communication: Act as a central point of contact for document-related inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient communication between all project stakeholders.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field.
At least 5 years’ experience in Document Control.
Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably on large-scale construction, engineering, or energy projects
Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad for unusual.
Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
Ability to travel/work upcountry and abroad.
