The job details are as follows: Job Title: Security Guard Supervisor Number of Vacancies: 1 Location of work: Various locations in the lower mainland with base at #107-17828 65a Ave, Surrey BC V3S 1Z3 Job Type: Full time, permanent position with 40 hours per week.

Compensation: $27/ hour.

Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 8hrs per day/40hrs per week Key duties: . Supervise security guards to ensure post orders are followed, established rounds are completed and adequate reports are filled.

. Evaluate, access, and analyze the performance of the security guards.

. Prepare work schedules, procedures, and patrol priorities.

. Train new staff members in the job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

. Resolve work-related problems or issues.

. Prepare and submit up-to-date reports, timesheets, staff evaluation reports, and site safety, risk, and quality assurance assessments, . Patrol several of the sites to ensure the site safety and there is a security guard is on site.

. Communicate effectively with management.

. Proactively respond and resolve emergency situations and conflicts.

Job Requirements: . Education: Completion of Secondary School . Experience: One year of related experience.
