Retail Store Manager

We’re hiring a results-driven Store Manager to lead a busy women’s fashion boutique.

You are:

*Obsessed with customer connection + styling

*A leader on the floor (not in the back)

*Strong at coaching and accountability

You will:

*Drive sales, conversion, add-ons, and fitting-room follow-up

*Train and develop a high-performing team

*Keep visuals and operations sharp

Pay: Hourly + bonus/commission. Top performers can reach ~$75,000/year.
