We are looking for a talented Engineering & Projects - Temporal to join our Operations team. We all contribute whenever and wherever needed, we have a lean structure but with high standards, an environment filled with good laughs, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach to achieving our goals. We love learning and truly finding our purpose and passion at Oterra.

What would your role look like?

Develop conceptual and basic engineering for processes, utilities and infrastructure.

Develop P&ID’s, layouts, isometrics, RFP’s, technical specifications and others.

Coordinate with stakeholders as EHS, QA, Production and others.

Coordinate quotations and project execution with vendors.

Develop documents for Management of Changes process.

Develop weekly progress reports.

Others according to the role.

Technical Key Points:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering specialized in project management.

Carrer: Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent

Certification: PMP® preferred

Years of experience: 5 - 8 years

English: Advanced

MICROSOFT OFFICE Advanced

SAP, Autocad advanced, Microsoft Project advanced, Power BI advanced preferred.

Competences:

* Good practices in project management according to PMI®

* Knowledge of food and beverage industry processes

* Supervision of multidisciplinary teams

* Effective multi-level communication

* Application of EHS and LOTOTO standards

* Application of QA/QC standards in facilities

* Results-oriented and continuous improvement

* Critical thinking and prioritization skills
