Job Description

Our client, in the construction and building materials sector, is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations across field and warehouse teams. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to keep projects on time, under budget, and teams aligned.

What You’ll Do

As the Operations Manager, you’ll be the captain of the ship, ensuring smooth execution and driving operational excellence. Your responsibilities include:

Lead & Develop the Team

Manage and mentor a team of 7: project managers, field supervisors, warehouse manager, and delivery driver.

Foster accountability, clarity, and collaboration.

Operational Control

Run daily/weekly meetings, track commercial projects, monitor financials, and delegate tasks effectively.

Resolve operational issues quickly and keep workflows efficient.

Drive Business Forward

Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

Close service gaps, maintain strong customer relationships, and support account management.

Contribute to overall profitability and growth.

Expected Outcomes

Projects delivered on time and under budget
