This Role Is for You If You:

Have real estate lead management or ISA experience

Are confident on the phone and great at follow-up

Love structure, CRMs, and clean processes

Think strategically and spot problems before they happen

Can start soon and work U.S. CST hours

What You’ll Handle:

• Inbound & outbound lead follow-ups

• Lead qualification & appointment setting

• CRM management (Follow Up Boss / PandaDash)

• Supporting wholesale & retail deals
