CTR is recruiting an Assistant Foreman to support pool installation crews, assist with daily operations, and help guide field teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist foreman with daily jobsite execution

Support crew leadership and safety standards

Operate tools and assist with installations

Help resolve onsite challenges

Qualifications & Requirements

3+ years construction or installation experience

Willingness to grow into leadership

Strong work ethic and communication skills
