CTR is partnering with a hospitality group seeking an Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations. This role oversees menu development, kitchen leadership, cost controls, and guest experience within a high-end dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop culinary teams
Oversee menu creation and culinary execution
Manage inventory, vendors, and food cost controls
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Drive innovation and guest satisfaction
Qualifications & Requirements
Culinary degree or equivalent training
5+ years executive-level experience in fine dining or steakhouse operations
Proven leadership and operational excellence
Ability to obtain ServSafe certification
