Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist opportunity in Madison, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities for Technical Support Specialist include but are not limited to: · Monitor systems and resolve technical issues following standard protocols.
· Identify incident trends and escalate problems within required timeframes.
· Support devices onsite: replace toner/paper, clear jams, swap devices, manage consumables.
· Perform routine installations/configurations and execute scripted change management tasks.
· Respond to service/technical inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and support daily operations.
Candidates for Technical Support Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered: · Must live in Racine, WI or commute onsite daily.
· 2-5 years of experience in maintenance, quality, IT support, or related technical roles.
· Strong technical troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues.
· Knowledge of OS basics, networking, HP tools, ITSM/ITIL processes, and change management.
· Strong customer service & communication skills for supporting end users.
