Videos Duties Help * Responsible for all supervisory duties for the DLA Enterprise Core Platform team implementing and sustaining the ServiceNow platform * Provide program management oversight for the assigned information technology programs and exercises on the ServiceNow Enterprise Core Platform * Ensures that the design, development, testing and deployment of assigned projects and programs are within expected cost, schedule, and performance * Develops IT program policies, procedures, and practices for the ServiceNow Enterprise Platform, ensuring the agency is responsible, accountable, and in compliance with overarching directives and guidance * Identifies new ways to meet the mission of DLA and work within the strategic direction of the CIO and PEO on the ServiceNow Enterprise Platform.

* Builds collaborative partnerships across the DLA stakeholder community to bring all activities in line with the DLA mission and CIO guidance.

* Leads daily activities of tactical operations of the ServiceNow Enterprise Core Platform Team and several applications residing on the ServiceNow platform.

* Renders management decisions regarding assigned programs and devises methodologies, techniques, and synchronized approaches to identify and propose solutions to unprecedented, difficult management or programmatic problems.

* Provides visionary leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment.

Qualifications To qualify for a Supervisory IT Program Manager (APPSW), your resume and supporting documentation must support: A.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position.

To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector.

Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement.

Creditable specialized experience includes: * Provides overall direction and guidance for the development, acquisition, testing, systems integrations, product improvement and fielding of ServiceNow platform and programs.

* Provides expert guidance, based on knowledge of the automation platform industry, on the employment of automation platforms in DLA (UiPath and ServiceNow) in the context of the agency business processes and has an expert knowledge/experience of integrating these platforms with all "flavors" of AI assets.

* Develops IT program policies, procedures, and practices for systems ensuring DLA is responsible, accountable, and in compliance with overarching directives and guidance on ServiceNow platforms.

* Plans, directs, controls, and ensures the integration of enterprise activities for major functional and complex programs, including programs and applications for the ServiceNow Programs.

* Assures industry standards for ServiceNow are implemented for maximum effectiveness, efficiency, and success of assigned IT programs and IT sustainment.

Experience leading and mentoring technical and non technical program staff in support of the ServiceNow Programs.

Understanding of how resources can be maximized to get the most return on investment for ServiceNow and all of the products and applications that operate within the platform.

* Experience working with the ServiceNow platform and more than two applications and products residing on the platform, understanding how applications on the platform interconnect to support a connected enterprise.

Ability to conceptualize future interactions of all use cases on ServiceNow and be able to communicate how to maximize the investment of resources on the ServiceNow platform.

* Perform studies on functional systems and operational architectures documentation that will be interfaced with assigned projects * Oversees and performs risk management analysis, modeling, metric gathering/analysis and process development required to successfully identify program risks, risk levels, consequences of risk, deviation to consequences and mitigation strategies * Assists in formulating and executing the assigned budget by collecting, consolidating and analyzing project data to determine mission essential requirements, and then prioritizing input for budget submissions Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

DLA employees are subject to Federal law and under Federal law, Marijuana is a Schedule I drug and is illegal.

Position requires DoD Acquisition Engineering & Tech Management, Practitioner certification within required timeframes.

Selectee must also achieve 80 hours of Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) every 2-years.
