Presentation Specialist

Description We are looking for a skilled Presentation Specialist to join our team on a remote basis.

In this contract role, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Office tools to create impactful presentations and documents tailored to client needs.

This position requires strong communication and organizational abilities, as well as a dedication to quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Design and develop high-quality presentations, pitch books, and other client-facing documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure all deliverables align with expectations.

- Provide guidance and support to colleagues, enhancing their proficiency in presentation tools and techniques.

- Execute reprographic tasks such as photocopying and scanning, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on completed work to maintain high standards.

- Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines while maintaining effective workflow management.

- Communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.

- Implement shortcuts and upgrades to enhance the efficiency of document creation processes.

- Maintain excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across diverse teams.

- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

- Exceptional organizational skills, enabling effective prioritization and task management.

- Familiarity with reprographic tasks, including photocopying and scanning.

- Experience conducting quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
