Systems Engineer / Tester with Security Clearance

Overview The ideal candidate will have experience with Agile project management, requirements management, and testing.

The role will involve managing a software development team, conducting stakeholder meetings, and ensuring documentation and validation of IT system requirements.

What will you do?

* Manage technical IT development team using Agile methodologies.

* Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirements discussions.

* Develop and maintain test plans and procedures.

* Validate system performance and functionality.

* Ensure compliance with security policies and controls.

Do you have what it takes?

* Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

* 10 years' experience in systems engineering or related field * Experience with Agile project management and requirements management, and sprint planning for an IT development team.

* Experience conducting requirements gathering, analysis, traceability, validation, verification, documentation, and alignment of requirements to Agile sprints for the IT system.

* Experience facilitating requirements discussions and stakeholder interviews.

* Test planning, execution, and validation, including UAT prior to deployment.
