This role is designed for a senior inspector who takes ownership of inspection quality, demonstrates sound judgment, and consistently follows through.

\n Key Responsibilities:\n\nPerform advanced inspections on high-mix, tight-tolerance machined parts using both manual gaging and programmable inspection equipment\nProgram and operate CMMs using PC-DMIS software (required)\nInterpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T to verify conformance\nTake ownership of inspection quality by identifying issues early and ensuring accurate disposition\nDocument inspection results clearly and accurately using required forms and systems\nSupport deviation, nonconformance, and corrective action processes as required\nFollow established procedures, work instructions, standards, and customer-specific requirements\nAct as a technical resource through experience, judgment, and reliability.\n\n Required Skills and Experience:\n\n\n7+ years of Quality Control experience in precision machining\nProven experience programming and operating CMMs using PC-DMIS software (required)\nStrong working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)\nHigh proficiency with precision measurement tools, including comparators, microhites, micrometers, indicators, and similar equipment\nDemonstrated ability to work independently, make sound inspection decisions, and follow through\nStrong attention to detail with consistent, accurate documentation practices\nStrong ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills\nAerospace industry experience a plus\n\nFamiliarity with quality standards such as AS9100 (preferred).\n\n\n Why Join Us?\n We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:\n\nMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance\nLife Insurance\n401(k) with company match\nPaid Time Off and Holiday Pay\nA team-oriented workplace that values your expertise and contributions\n\n How to Apply\n If you’re passionate about quality, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with an industry leader, we want to hear from you.
