Empower AI partners with leading enterprise technology platforms to help customers achieve meaningful business outcomes, with a strong focus on ServiceNow-based digital workflows that support modernization, transformation, and operational efficiency.The ServiceNow Developer is a hybrid role combining hands-on ServiceNow development with partner co-sell execution and ecosystem leadership. This individual serves as both a technical contributor and a trusted partner-facing lead-strengthening Empower AI's ServiceNow delivery capability while improving our standing, performance, and visibility within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem.This role is focused on execution, solution development, and partner-backed growth, not events or sponsorships. Development & Technical Leadership Design, configure, and deliver ServiceNow solutions across core platform capabilities
Translate customer and internal requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows
Support pre-sales and solution shaping with technical input
Serve as a hands-on technical resource to demonstrate delivery credibility
Stay current on ServiceNow releases and best practices Partner Development & Co-Sell Execution
Support joint growth efforts with ServiceNow partner teams
Identify and co-pursue ServiceNow-backed opportunities
Coordinate deal registration and joint pursuit activities
Build relationships with ServiceNow partner managers and sellers
Track certifications, references, and partner program requirements
Qualifications
Requirements:
7 years of ServiceNow development or technical consulting experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration
Familiarity with ServiceNow partner ecosystem and co-sell motions
Strong communication and organizational skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:
