You’ll be at the frontline of Scaler’s growth engine, driving enrollments for our AI Engineering Advanced Certification, offered in collaboration with IIT Roorkee (CEC). The program is built for working professionals and focuses on hands-on AI engineering—covering Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, and agentic AI, along with live projects and campus immersion at IIT Roorkee. Your role will involve engaging with high-intent professionals, understanding their career goals, and consultatively positioning how real AI skills combined with a recognised IIT credential can accelerate their career growth. It’s a high-energy, high-ownership role where you’re shaping tech careers— not a desk job you’ll snooze through.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills.

1 -2 years of Experience working in the Edtech Sector.

Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
