Litigation Associate Attorney - NJ

Major domestic law firm is seeking a Litigation savvy Associate Attorney to join its expanding NJ team.

Candidate will have the following: Minimum 3 years of general experience in sophisticated commercial litigation within a major law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent) ; Substantial experience formulating legal strategy ; highly adept at Managing document production.

Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades desired) ; Strong research, verbal & written communication skills required ; NJ Bar.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Representing a diverse clientele, from all industries, in business disputes in state and federal court litigation, through trial and appeal, as well as in mediation and arbitration.

-Drafting and preparing motions and papers and other litigation documents.

-Formulating legal strategy.

-Conducting legal research.

-Managing document production.

-Supporting the team by performing work on other litigation-related matters as needed.
