Travel Nursing Job Details

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Ambulatory Plastic Cosmetic Clinic

Location: Worcester, MA 01605 (Massachusetts healthcare jobs)

Assignment Type: Travel Nursing Contract

Start Date: January 7, 2026

End Date: April 8, 2026

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Day shift, 5x8-hour days (08:30 - 17:00)

Hours per Week: 40

Estimated Weekly Pay: $1620 - $1660

Employment Type: W2

LPN Job Requirements

Active Massachusetts LPN license (required prior to start date)

Minimum 2 years of Licensed Practical Nurse experience, with at least 1 year in an ambulatory clinic, outpatient, or plastic surgery setting

Experience in ambulatory clinic operations and minor surgical procedures

Proficiency with Epic EHR system (required for healthcare jobs)

Skilled in suture and staple removal, and patient rooming

BLS certification (Basic Life Support) required

Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations accepted)

Ability to complete compliance documentation and healthcare training modules

LPN Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory plastic cosmetic clinic

Assist with minor surgical procedures, including suture and staple removal

Room patients and prepare for provider consultations

Monitor vital signs, perform wound care, dressing changes, and manage wound drains (JP/Hemovac)

Accurately document patient care in the Epic EHR system

Complete orientation and all required healthcare compliance training

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver exceptional patient care
