We are looking for a skilled & detail-oriented Industrialization Lead Еngineer to join our team. He/she will be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring seamless transition from design to manufacturing, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for quality and product cost.

Main tasks:

- Project management - lead cross-functional teams including sourcing, manufacturing engineering, quality and logistics to facilitate the smooth transition of products from the design phase to full-scale production.

- Develop and implement robust manufacturing processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure product quality and consistency.

- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

- Evaluate and select appropriate equipment, tools, and technologies to support efficient production processes.

- Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure product designs are optimized for manufacturability and scalability.

- Lead process validation activities to ensure that manufacturing processes meet specified requirements.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.

- Provide technical expertise and support for production-related issues.

Qualification, knowledge, skills and experience we expect you to have:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). Master's degree is a plus.

- 5 years of experience in industrialization or manufacturing engineering roles.

- Project management experience.

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering tools (CATIA is a plus).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, Lean and Six Sigma knowledge.

- Very good command of English language.

- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
