Engineering & Facilities Manager

Job Purpose

To manage and ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of engineering assets including trucks, refrigeration systems (pendingin), forklifts, and warehouse facilities, supporting day-to-day operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management

Manage maintenance and reliability of:

Trucks and fleet units

Refrigeration and cooling systems (cold storage, chillers, freezers)

Forklifts and material handling equipment

Warehouse infrastructure and utilities

Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Ensure compliance with safety, technical, and regulatory standards.

Manage spare parts, maintenance planning, and service vendors.

Warehouse & Facility Engineering

Oversee technical operations of warehouse facilities (gudang).

Support warehouse layout, equipment upgrades, and infrastructure projects.

Ensure HSE, fire safety, and equipment compliance within facilities.

Lead technical improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and safety.

Fleet & Equipment Readiness

Ensure fleet and equipment availability to support operational needs.

Monitor equipment performance, breakdowns, and downtime.

Implement improvement plans to increase asset reliability and lifecycle value.

Budget & Continuous Improvement

Prepare and control engineering and maintenance budgets.

Analyze maintenance costs and propose efficiency improvements.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering operations.
