Senior System Analyst (1171195)

Serve as the critical bridge between customers, global support teams and development teams for MES solutions in electronic manufacturing. Manage customer-reported issues, facilitate cross-team communication, participate in customer engagements, and ensure efficient resolution of production-impacting problems while maintaining product information flow across distributed global teams. Analyze and prioritize customer-reported issues based on production impact assessment. Review customer configurations and deployment environments to understand issue context. Reproduce and validate reported issues in coordination with development teams. Facilitate root cause analysis and solution development processes. Perform technical reviews of customer MES configurations and system integrations. Serve as primary communication bridge between global support and development teams. Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and coordinate release planning activities. Manage escalation processes for critical production issues. Create and distribute product bulletins for critical updates and known issues. Manage release communications including feature updates and bug fixes. Participate in customer meetings to discuss technical issues and solutions. Travel to customer sites for critical issue resolution and system analysis. Present technical findings and recommendations to customer stakeholders. Support customer deployment and configuration reviews. Maintain technical documentation for common issues and solutions using subject matter expertise. Contribute to knowledge base articles and best practices documentation. Support pre-sales technical evaluations when required.

HOURS: 35 hours per week

Domestic and international travel may be required.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field of study followed by five (5) years of progressive experience in the specialty field.

$73.71/hour; Medical/dental/vision, 401K; vacation, paid holidays & annual bonus.
