Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-end residential remodeling and new home construction projects throughout the Roaring Fork Valley. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can manage complex projects while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, budget alignment, and adherence to responsible jobsite practices

• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and on-site activities, including jobsite recycling, material efficiency, and waste reduction efforts

• Utilize Buildertrend to track project progress, maintain documentation, and provide clear, consistent updates to clients and project stakeholders

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience managing high-end residential remodels and/or custom home construction

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills with a client-focused mindset

• Technologically proficient, with experience using construction project management software like Buildertrend

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) speaking candidates preferred

• Based in Aspen, Snowmass, or nearby areas preferred (Colorado)
