Job Description:

· Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Texas Driver’s license, with a clean driving record.

· Applicant must possess a valid TWIC Card (Transportation Workers Identification Credential).

· The role involves driving to designated locations to collect pre-bagged garbage and visiting scheduled vessel sites to properly bag waste for safe transfer to Texana Trucks for transport.

Schedule:

· Trash collection occurs according to confirmed schedules, which may vary, including early mornings and late nights.

· Flexibility is essential, as schedules can change, and weekend work may be required based on operational needs.

· The Operations Manager will determine specific schedules and assignments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Employees are expected to bag trash in compliance with MARPOL Annex V regulations and handle food waste according to established policies.

· Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of trucks in accordance with USDA standards is required.

· Responsibility extends to the care of all equipment, including trucks, yard tractor, tools, and dollies necessary for the job.

· Adherence to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is also mandatory.
