POSITION SUMMARY

As a Senior Cloud Engineer (Modern Workplace Engineer) on the Project Team, you will spend your day implementing some of the latest technology. You will lead projects to implement new technologies across the Microsoft stack and other vendors.

Projects include but not limited to:

Advance Microsoft 365 Implementations

Intune

Windows/iOS/Android/MDM/MAM

Autopilot

SharePoint

Conditional Access

Data loss Prevention

Teams Voice

Azure Migrations

SaaS

AVD

Server 2022

Email and application migrations

On-Prem to full cloud migrations

The Project Team is responsible for implementing technical and productivity improvement solutions that revolutionize how entire organizations do business. This is not a ‘break / fix’ job (unless you break it.) Project Team members are the tip of the spear, touching all new technology first, getting the most experience with all facets of the IT lifecycle, and consequently growing their careers the fastest. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm EST. The salary for this position is $110,000+ (negotiable based on experience).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assess Complex environment Quickly to determine issues or potential issues

Excellent attention to detail whilst staying focused on the big picture (a successful project)

Effectively and professionally communicate with all levels of an organization

Motivated to work efficiently and resolve issues as they arise

A desire to improve skillset by earning industry certifications (We pay)

Good communicator (from interdepartmental to client C level to end user)

Top Notch troubleshooting skills

Great Documentation

Takes ownership of projects to completion

Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion

DESIRED SKILLSET/EXPERIENCE

4+ years IT Experience

2+ years MSP experience (Required)

2+ years of start to finish deployment of IT solutions

Proficiency with all current Windows operating systems mandatory, Apple desirable

Advance 365 Knowledge

Advance Azure Knowledge

Server 2008-2022 Experience is required

Active Directory and Group Policy proficiency

Advanced understanding of networking concepts

Routing

Switching

VLANs

Experience with PowerShell scripting is a plus

Certifications are desirable

Microsoft
