"The Drug Store" Pharmacy is seeking a friendly, reliable, customer oriented, Pharmacy Technician to work in our Long term care and retail pharmacy. Does this sound like you? Do you like having weekends off? Shift no later than 6pm? Could this be the job for you ? Our family owned, neighborhood pharmacy has served Central Ohio for more than 50 years.

Primary Responsibilities:

Entering and processing prescriptions in Rx30 software

Pulling, counting, filling, labeling and organizing medications for patient orders

Communicating effectively with patients, staff, medical professionals

Ordering and restocking inventory

Maintaining robot inventory

The ideal candidate attributes:

PTCB certified (preferred) or Registered pharmacy technician

At least 1 year pharmacy technician experience in a retail or LTC setting

Ability to multi-task effectively

Have Excellent Attendance and can be trusted to handle a high level of responsibility

Professional, pleasant and upbeat personality

Able to pass Background Tests

Additional Helpful Experience
