Fast-Growing Company is growing its Patient Support Services nurse team.

We are expanding our Patient Services team and welcome Registered Nurses from across the U.S. to join us on-site at our Mount Laurel, NJ headquarters within our Patient Services Operations division. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree (4-year degree)
3 to 7 years of nursing experience
Active and clear RN license from any U.S. state
Excellent verbal communication and articulation of complex medical information
Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Participate in required training, which includes overnight travel
STRONGLY PREFERRED
Telephonic or non-clinical patient services experience
Understanding of drug prescription insurance reimbursement processes
A PLUS
Case management experience
Interest in career growth or leadership development
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will support patients and caregivers navigating chronic and rare disease therapies. This role is full-time and on-site, centered on patient education and assistance via telephonic and digital support of the patient journey.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with patients and caregivers via inbound/outbound calls and digital communication
Provide education and guidance on therapeutic and insurance coverage options
Follow clinical protocols, approved scripts, and insurance screening processes
Use only client-approved materials for all communications
Identify and escalate Adverse Events according to SOPs
Accurately document all interactions within software systems
Participate in company and client-required training, which includes overnight travel
Collaborate with supervisors and teammates in a structured office setting but allowing for your innovative ideas to be heard!
