PCB Test Technician - Temp to hire!
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Test Technician with a strong PCB testing and soldering background. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and functionality of electronic components, and the company is known for its commitment to innovation and excellence in the technology sector.
Shift of the Test Technician:
7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Pay Rate/Salary of the Test Technician:
$25-$30.00/hr
Responsibilities of the Test Technician:
Perform testing and programming per provided instructions.
Inspect and identify component values and orientation using documentation.
Support production with failure analysis, repairs, and debugging.
Qualify test fixtures, equipment, and procedures specific to customer requirements.
Make decisions with little or no supervision.Qualifications of the Test Technician:
Must have at least 5 years experience
Must be able to read and understand both analog and digital circuits schematics
Must be knowledgeable using basic troubleshoot equipment (i.e. digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, frequency meter, signal generator)
Must be able to rework (solder/desolder) electronic SMD components (including fine pitch and leadless components)
Must be able to recognize, identify and read values on electronics components
Must have good knowledge on using windows based PC’s and windows applications (Linux and Unix is a plus)
