Due to high demand, we’re actively hiring In-Home Sales Consultants to run company-provided, confirmed appointments, no cold calling. No self-prospecting. Just show up, present, and close the sale.

This is a high-income opportunity for motivated sales professionals who thrive in residential settings. Most of our team reports to the office just once a week; the rest of the time, they’re running appointments from home or on the road.

Key Responsibilities

Run pre-confirmed in-home sales appointments with homeowners

Present remodeling solutions (windows, kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, etc.)

Take measurements, assess needs, and deliver same-day quotes

Guide customers through product selection and financing options

Close the sale; most appointments are one-call closes

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate

1+ year of sales experience preferred (we provide full product training)

Motivated, goal-oriented, and confident

Strong communication and closing skills

Comfortable meeting with homeowners in residential settings

Reliable transportation

Professional and punctual

Our office is located in Gaithersburg, MD however you will be working in the field in the Montgomery County area.
