Key Responsibilities
Manage building construction projects from preconstruction to completion
Oversee healthcare and collegiate projects including renovations, additions, and new builds
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
Coordinate with Superintendents, Architects, Engineers, and Owners
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities
Review and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and code requirements
Maintain strict safety, quality control, and infection control standards (ICRA)
Lead project meetings and client communications
Track progress, monitor costs, and manage project documentation
Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and turnover packages
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Required Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial building construction
Proven experience managing healthcare and/or collegiate projects
Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP, structural, architectural)
Experience working in occupied or sensitive environments
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Strong scheduling, budgeting, and contract management skills
Proficiency in project management software (Procore, CMiC, Bluebeam, MS Project)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
