Ability to create accurate and manufacturable 3D parts, assemblies, and detailed technical drawings.

Expertise in specialized modules such as Sheet Metal, Weldments, Surfacing, and Mold Tools.

Experience with SolidWorks PDM for file and version management.

Need familiarity with complementary software like AutoCAD, Inventor.

A firm grasp of core mechanical engineering concepts for creating functional parts.

Familiarity with manufacturing principles and an understanding of how to design for manufacturability (DFM) for ensuring products can be built efficiently.

Knowledge of industry drafting standards, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), for creating clear and accurate technical drawings.

Ability to analyze complex design problems and provide innovative solutions.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams.

Team player, for participation in design reviews.

Ability to excel under tight deadlines and managing time constraints.
