Processing Technician Agglomerator - Night Shift

Position –Processing Technician Agglomerator Machine Operator
Job Location –Durand, WI
Starting Date –Immediate
Employment Term –Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type –Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) –Night Shift (6:00pm–6:00am, 3 shifts one week - 4 shifts the next week - Rotating)
Starting Pay –$20-24 per hour based on experience

Required Education –High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience –None
Operate processing equipment, monitor quality, record data, and adjust parameters as needed. Assist with sanitation procedures and ensure compliance with production standards. Follow all GMP's for food manufacturing safety.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor processing equipment.
- Perform in-process testing and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure product meets specifications and report deviations.
- Conduct cleaning and sanitation procedures as required.
- Communicate process updates and assist with troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills for data entry and process tracking.
- Mechanically inclined with a basic understanding of equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions.
- Be able to frequently lift 50 lbs. and bend, twist, push, pull, carry in a physical job working 12-hour shifts.
- Be able to work in a food manufacturing setting following all Good Manufacturing Practices.
