Pediatric Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner / Child Mental Health NP

Maine’s third-largest city has an opening for a full-time Pediatric Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Our client, the state’s largest FQHC and community health center, is expanding its dedicated mental health team to meet growing demand in its pediatric population. This is an outstanding opportunity to join the area’s largest pediatrics group in a beautiful, modern medical arts facility — and play a key role in transforming the lives of children and families.

What You’ll Be Doing

Provide psychiatric evaluations, med management & therapy for pediatric patients

Support pediatric primary care teams with behavioral health integration

Collaborate with an experienced mental health team to deliver coordinated care

Deliver outpatient counseling and family support in a welcoming clinical setting

Contribute to a mission-driven organization serving diverse populations

About You

Be able to do the job as described

Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

Confident in managing child and adolescent behavioral health

Comfortable working closely with families and interdisciplinary teams

Maine license required or ability to obtain
