The Junior Account Manager’s responsibilities include:
Serve as the first and primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
Develop strong relationship and trust with clients by providing exceptional support
Monitor and analyze client campaign performance, including conveying regular updates, new requests and reports to them
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, creative, analytics) to ensure projects are executed on time and per requirements
Be the lead person to execute overall campaign set up on the SKALE platform per the requirements
Work alongside Senior Account Managers to ensure overall user experience is smooth
Be the key person to follow up with clients on items required from them based on project timeline and to translate commercial requirements into briefs for internal team coordination
Actively drive testing of platform alongside clients and senior account managers before it goes live
Collaborate with Senior Account Managers to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing accounts
Qualifications

Analytical
Bachelor’s Degree required, min 1 to 2 years work experience
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Asana
