What You'll Do
This role balances hands-on editing with content operations management. You'll oversee our entire editorial ecosystem, from blog strategy to team management, while ensuring every piece of content speaks to our discerning audience.
This is a full-time position with EST working hours.
Content Strategy & Management
Manage the editorial calendar, publishing 2-3 blogs and 1-2 emails weekly, plus additional web content
Identify content gaps, spot emerging trends, and build out our blog catalog
Partner with our SEO Manager to track performance metrics and optimize for engagement and conversion
Editing & Quality Control
Edit and proofread all content for clarity, accuracy, brand voice, SEO, and conversion potential
Ensure consistency with our in-house style guide and luxury brand standards
Maintain editorial excellence across all platforms
Team Leadership
Manage freelance writers: assign projects, provide feedback, maintain quality standards
Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing, SEO Manager, Social Media Manager, Video Editor, and design team
Work cross-functionally with our top-performing agents
Content Types
Luxury lifestyle and real estate features
Market reports, trends, and quarterly analyses
Preconstruction property profiles and neighborhood guides
Website copy, email campaigns, YouTube descriptions, video scripts, and social media captions
Requirements
3+ years of editorial experience, including managing workflows or writer teams
Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, or related field
Excellent written and spoken English (this is an English-language role)
Knowledge of Miami and South Florida (you understand the market and the lifestyle)
Experience with luxury or real estate content preferred
Proficient in CMS platforms, Google Workspace, and social media
Strong understanding of SEO best practices
Proven ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bonus Points
Experience writing and editing long-form video scripts
Spanish fluency
