Job Summary

· The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving the set sales targets through effective sales and excellent customer service.

· Responsible to represent the company and the brand.

· Must be proficient in identifying customer needs and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.

Job Profile

· Greet the customers and assist them in selecting the right products.

· Ensure customers concerns are addressed promptly and professionally and if necessary to be escalated to the line manager.

· Ensure store standards are maintained at all times, supporting with In store task including but not limited to cleanliness, tidiness and good smell.

· Handle the POS and Billing Counter efficiently.

· Maintain confidentiality of the Sales Figures to the outside party.

· Comply with all Company policies and regulations.

Job Requirements

· 1-2 years’ experience in perfumes retail field.

· Local Hiring from inside Kuwait.

· Females & Males can apply.

· Arab Nationality Only

· Transferable Visa 18 and Visa 22 are accepted.

· Excellent Grooming standards.

· Excellent communication and customers services skills.
