Material Handler Compensation

The pay for this position is $18 per hour

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Material Handler Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM depending upon selected candidate

Material Handler Responsibilities

Accurately process online transactions

Receive, deliver, and move materials throughout the facility

Perform cycle counts

Material labeling, stocking, and repackaging

Interface with customers

Take customer orders and translate into electronic requests

Answer customer questions

Operate material handling equipment

Material Handler Requirements

0–3 years of related warehouse or material handling experience

Ability to lift 25–40 lbs regularly

Basic computer skills

Strong attention to detail

Good communication and customer service skills

High School Diploma or GED

Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Material Handler Preferred Qualifications

Experience with inventory or warehouse systems

Prior experience operating material handling equipment

Distribution or warehouse environment experience
