Job Title: Technical Support
Location: Austin, TX
Job Summary:
Provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot system and application issues, and manage incidents using a ticketing system. ServiceNow or Linux experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Handle L1/L2 technical support issues
Log, track, and resolve tickets in ServiceNow
Troubleshoot OS, application, and basic network issues
Perform basic Linux troubleshooting and support
Escalate issues as needed and meet SLAs
Requirements:
Experience in IT technical support
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)
Linux knowledge is a plus
