Key Skills Server Assistant Responsibilities include and may be additional to the following: * Constant communication with Servers in regard to guests needs and issues * Making sure table caddies are fully stocked with silverware, napkins, salt and pepper shakers.

* Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required.

* Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen area.

* Preparing tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills on tables and floors, clearing away crumbs on tables and chairs.

* Accommodating arriving guests to see if they would care for water or ask if they want to purchase bottled water * Delivering food to tables when Servers and Food Runners are busy.

* Responding to patrons' requests and informing management of any complaints.

* Arranging tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups of patrons.
