Are you someone who can
Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
Manage existing clients and grow portfolio through making contact and generating leads
Maintain expert knowledge on specific products, pricing, application procedure, processing and timelines in order to drive and achieve relevant product and service targets
Maximise Business Portfolio cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships
Contact prospective clients and sell appropriate banking products in order to meet sales targets
Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
Enter all Qualified leads into the sales pipeline and maintain on a daily basis through providing accurate and reliable sales and service statistics
Please also provide the required qualifications and experience.
You will be an ideal candidate if you
Have a Business Administration or Management degree or equivalent.
Have 1-3 years related work experience.
Have thorough understanding of the Bank's products (it will be an added advantage).
