Role Overview: The Business Development Manager (BDM) from veterinary industry serves as the primary face of the organization at industry conferences, panels, and networking events across Florida and Texas. This high-energy role focuses on building high-touch relationships with practice owners, hosting impactful side gatherings, and converting networking interactions into qualified sales opportunities. The BDM also identifies and manages strategic vendor partnerships to establish consistent referral pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the brand as a lead ambassador at major veterinary conferences and industry events.

Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with vendors to generate inbound referral leads.

Host and execute side events, including breakfasts, panels, and meetups, to increase brand visibility.

Act as a trusted advisor to practice owners to build long-term credibility and rapport.

Transition warm leads seamlessly into the sales pipeline while collaborating with the sales team to ensure high close rates.

Track and report on event ROI, conversion metrics, and networking outcomes using CRM tools.

Handle all logistics and communications for event-driven engagements to ensure maximum impact.
