Assembling Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble components and products according to detailed work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery (e.g., screwdrivers, drills, pneumatic tools) safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with 5S and company policies.

Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Meet daily production targets and quality standards while maintaining a consistent pace.

Assist in inventory management by tracking parts usage and reporting shortages.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot assembly issues and suggest process improvements.

May be required to rotate between different assembly stations or tasks as needed.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to follow procedures and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
