Job Description
Lead from the front. Build with purpose. Grow for the long haul.
This isn’t just a foreman role — it’s a career path. As an Electrical Foreman, you’ll lead crews in the field while working for a contractor that genuinely believes in promoting from within. Many leaders here started in the field — including executives who began their careers pulling wire as apprentices.
If you want a place where hard work, reliability, and leadership open real doors, this is it.
What You’ll Do
Lead, train, and mentor electrical crews to deliver high-quality work safely and efficiently.
Assign daily tasks, manage manpower, and support workforce planning.
Drive productivity while maintaining strong standards for quality, cost control, and safety.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and other trades to keep projects on track.
Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work plans to guide field execution.
Support quality control efforts and participate in inspections as needed.
Help plan and manage material and equipment usage to maximize efficiency.
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific requirements.
Support special projects and provide field leadership wherever needed.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of electrical field experience or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on work.
Proven ability to lead people and earn trust on the job site.
Strong communication skills with crews, leadership, vendors, and clients.
Experience using construction technology (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Procore, Excel).
Solid understanding of electrical systems, installation methods, and jobsite safety.
Willingness to travel or work on projects outside the immediate area when required.
Why Join This Team

Medical and dental insurance.
A culture that values craftsmanship, accountability, and long-term careers.
