Pay: $19.00 per hour + Performance Bonus + Customer Tips (Total Compensation $22 - $28+/hour on average)

Location: Spring, TX

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift

Your Key Responsibilities:

Safely drive, maneuver, and back up a loaded box trailer into driveways, alleys, and complex residential and commercial properties.

Conduct on-site customer consultations with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to load unwanted items from homes, garages, offices, and construction sites onto the trailer.

Ensure all items are securely tethered and balanced for safe transport.

Assist in responsibly unloading and disposing of items at designated facilities.

Maintain a clean and organized truck and trailer.

Represent our company with outstanding customer service at every stop.

Requirements (Non-Negotiables):

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN TRAILER BACKING AND MANEUVERING. This is a core requirement of the job. You must be able to confidently handle a 12-16 ft. loaded trailer in confined spaces.

Ability to perform consistent, heavy lifting (50+ lbs repeatedly) and work in all weather conditions.

Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills.

Punctual, dependable, and able to work efficiently as part of a two-person team.

Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

Previous experience in junk removal, moving, construction, or a similar labor-intensive field.

Basic knowledge of what items can be recycled or donated.
